Marketplace terms
A future production agreement will govern eligibility, listings, offers, transfers, fees, disputes, and enforcement.
Seller authority
Sellers must own or control the asset, provide accurate information, have authority to transfer it, and comply with applicable law and third-party requirements.
Prohibited assets
Stolen, hacked, compromised, impersonated, fraudulently obtained, or encumbered assets are not eligible.
Provider terms
Payment, escrow, identity, and platform requirements will be incorporated only after provider and legal review.
Demonstration policy copy; jurisdiction-specific legal review is required before production launch.
